nothavanasI love having Granny Ruth's cast iron bread pans. I'm sure they're her mother's, if not older, and they have such a beautiful cured surface I never have to wash them. Plus, they are massive enough to make two loaves out of a 9-cups-of-flour batch of bread.
Alas, I still have to wait for the bread to cool down before eating it.
