Last week's foods: misc salad with lettuce, radish, kohlrabi. Roast beets with feta, balsamic vinegar. Peas, strawberries, apples all eaten as-was.

This was from my CSA recipe sheet, taken from Bon Appetit.

Kohlrabi, peeled and diced. (Be sure to take all the peel off, as it's stringy and not nice.)
Radishes, sliced thinly.
Pepperjack, cubed.
Pumpkin seeds.
Lettuce.
Dressing with apple cider vinegar, cilantro, cumin, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Remarkably awesome, and made two large salads. The lettuce kept fine after being dressed Monday morning and eaten Tuesday night.

Stir Fry of Things
Asparagus
Carrots
Bok Choy, leaves and stems separated
Mushrooms (wild mix, soaked and squeezed)
Sugar snap peas
sauce from cornstarch, vegetable stock, soy sauce

Salad Dressing
Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Fresh Mint
Salt
Pepper
(vinegar made by mashing berries, soaking them in vinegar for a few hours, then filtering. Man, I need a funnel.)

put on Salad of a variety of green things, some small tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella.
